Day 02

Jaipur
Founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in 1727, this capital city of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City. Breakfast on Board. Air-conditioned coach takes you sightseeing - Hawa Mahal, Amber Palace, Elephant ride. Lunch at Rambagh Palace. Dinner at Jaimahal Palace with Cultural programme. Departure for Chittaurgarh at 22:10 hrs.

Day 03

Chittaurgarh - Udaipur
Morning visit Chittaurgarh, the awe-inspiring fort. The next stop is Udaipur, the "City of Lakes", founded by Maharana Udai Singh in 1550. Visit the enchanting Jag Nivas, Jag Mandir and Lake Pichhola. After lunch in Lake Palace Hotel visit the City Palace and Sahelion - ki - Bari. After evening tea in Fateh Prakash Palace return to the Palace on wheels. Dinner on Board. Departure for Sawai Madhopur at 22.00 hrs.

Day 04

Sawai Madhopur
Reach Sawai Madhopur, a city fortified in 1765. Breakfast followed by visit to the Ranthambhor National Park, located amidst the imposing ruins of a 10th century fort. This reserve is reputed as the best in the country for observing and photographing the activities of the tiger. Return to the Palace on Wheels Tours and depart for Jaisalmer. Lunch and dinner on board.

Day 05

Jaisalmer
Located in the heart of the desert, Jaisalmer was founded by Rawal Jaisal in 1156. The city is famous for its yellow sandstone walls and bastions and splendid havelis (mansions). After a sumptuous lunch, experience the exhilaration of a camel ride on the golden sanddunes at Sam followed by evening tea. The Palace on Wheels Tours departs for Jodhpur at night.

Day 06

Jodhpur
A city founded in 1459 and surrounded by a high stone wall with seven gates and countless bastions. Visit the impregnable Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Shop for famous hand crafted items. After lunch at the imposing Umaid Bhawan Palace return to the Palace on Wheels Tours. Departure for Bharatpur at 15.15 hrs. Evening Tea and Dinner on Board.

Day 07

Bharatpur , Fatehpur Sikri , Agra
Arrive early morning in Bharatpur and visit Keoladeo Ghana National Park, a famous bird sanctuary. Explore Agra and the Taj Mahal - a poem in marble. Also visit Fatehpur Sikri. Lunch at Mugal Sheraton Hotel at 13.00 hrs. Departure for Delhi Cant at 20.00 hrs. Dinner on Board.

Arrival at Delhi.
